Software developer, but first of all I solve problems.
I'm Ciro Finiello. I design and build web applications, CRM systems, business software and automation, working directly with companies and professionals from problem definition through production.
My journey
Building software means making decisions, not just writing code.
I started programming across languages and environments very different from the web. Over time I moved towards web applications, digital products and business software, increasingly working with real problems, company processes and systems that need to perform every day.
Today I design applications as complete systems: I define their structure, database models and relationships, business logic, application flows, backend, integrations and interfaces. I also work on testing, environment configuration, deployment and production releases.
This approach allows me to work on a project with a complete perspective, connecting technical decisions to product and business goals. Every choice should have a concrete reason behind it: work well today, remain maintainable and leave room for future evolution.

How I think
Autonomy in development. Collaboration in decisions.
I take ownership of the problem and work independently towards a concrete solution. When several valid approaches exist, I make them clear, highlight their advantages and limitations and help choose the one that best fits the context.
I first identify the core problem, its constraints and the objective. Only then do I define the structure, technologies and level of complexity that are actually necessary.
I don't wait for technical instructions to execute. I design possible solutions, evaluate trade-offs, costs and consequences, and bring a concrete proposal to the table.
Collaboration is about making better decisions, not delegating responsibility. I explain the alternatives and their trade-offs, gather the relevant business context and independently carry the chosen solution forward.
